The Guam Department of Public Works invites everyone to a Public Meeting to amend the Guam Transportation Improvement Program (GTIP) 2024- 2027 for the Guam Regional Transit Authority (GRTA) grant budgets to include Dededo Park and Ride Northern Terminal project’s recommended priorities for the expenditure of its FY2026 federal grant funding.
