Motorists are advised that the two southbound lanes along Route 14 (Chalan San Antonio) in front of Hornet Sporting Goods and across from Tamuning Elementary School are closed and southbound traffic has been diverted to the center turn lane until further notice as the Department of Public Works and its contractor are investigating a subgrade failure found in the roadway. The DPW will provide further updates as appropriate measures for repairs are ongoing. The public should expect delays as repairs may continue overnight until completed, and it is safe to open the two southbound lanes to motorists.

Please drive cautiously through the construction zones, observe all posted speed limit and construction signs. Taking alternate routes and/or adjusting drive times is encouraged.
