Motorists are advised of the traffic shift on Route 3 between Chalan Castro and Potts Junction from the existing roadway to the new construction. Starting on Monday, 7/15/2019, at 9:00 AM, the southbound lane at Fern Terrace will be closed through mid-October. The Contractor will divert the southbound traffic onto what is currently the southbound left turn and acceleration lanes. Flaggers will be present to control traffic flow during the transition.
